Hourly help.
Honest rates, 2-hour minimum, flat travel inside our service area.
General help — yard work, hauling, mounting, demos, painting prep, garage clear-outs, fence repair, and the long Saturday to-do list.
Skilled trade work — drywall patching, light electrical, plumbing fixes, tile repair, finish carpentry. The jobs that need a steadier hand.

Flat-rate bundles.
Easier than counting hours. Pay one price.
Managed projects.
Big jobs need a project manager, not just a contractor. We bring vetted local subs, get you real bids, and run the schedule from quote to clean-up.
We'll come look, write up the scope, and bring back at least one (often three) competing bids. You only pay if you green-light the work.
