WeKnowCO is a local service business serving Todd Creek, Brighton, and Thornton. We collect the bare minimum we need to schedule a visit, do the work, and send you a receipt.

What we collect

• Your name, phone, and address — so we can find you and call when we're on the way
• Your email — only if you give it to us
• Notes about the job — so we show up with the right tools
• Anonymous traffic stats from our hosting provider's analytics (page views, no personal data)

What we don't collect

• We don't sell your information. Ever.
• We don't share it with marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.
• We don't use third-party trackers beyond basic analytics.

How we use it

To do the job you hired us for, send you a receipt, follow up if there's a warranty issue, and occasionally check in to see if you need anything else. That's it.

Payments

We use a third-party payment processor for card payments. It handles your card data, and we never see or store your card number. You can ask us for the current list of the specific providers we use at support@pillarapps.com.
